What is ROC?
30 Minute Sessions
Our workouts are only 30 minutes long! And that includes both warm-up and stretching. They're short enough to fit into even the busiest people's schedules and intense enough to get you the results you want.
We do also offer more advanced 45 and 60 minute sessions a few times a week.
Different Workouts Daily
Every single day of the year our trainers make sure to craft a brand new workout of the day. Different exercises, different time formats. So you never get bored of doing the same routine over and over.
All our workouts are full body workouts. They include core, cardio, upper and lower body training.
ROC Fitness is like having a personal trainer in a small group setting; our trainers will modify the workout for you to ensure that it's at your level.
If it's too difficult or not challenging enough we'll take care of it. We do so by providing different variations of each exercise when explaining the workout of the day.
For All Fitness Levels
Whether you're brand new to working out and are a complete beginner or you're much more advanced and really want to push yourself we have something for you.
If you have any minor discomforts (lower back pain for example) we will work around them and provide you alternatives to make sure you leave the gym feeling accomplished.
Open 7 Days A Week
We offer a very flexible schedule with multiple sessions a day, everyday. We have morning and afternoon sessions on weekdays. As well as, morning sessions on weekends.
We recommend coming in at least 3 times a week to see results,however nothing is stopping you from coming in as often as you'd like! Our multiple availabilities allow you to do so.
